- In the role as a Research and Engagement Manager, you will responsible for the embedding of robust qualitative and quantitative research.
- Gathering and analysing intelligence
- Ensuring a consistent approach to the collection of data that supports the delivery of work
- Keep up to date with local, regional and national changes in policy
- Provide Leadership and line management to a small team, the Research and Engagement team will grow.
- Coordinate the engagement of the teams delivery of projects
- Assisting in the design and development of internal systems to enable monitoring of work
- Sharing knowledge and best practice

**The Person**
We are looking for a competent researcher with excellent management skills.
- As a Research and Engagement Officer, you will have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ideally from a Health and Social care background
- Experience in conducting research with the general public
- High level of experience analysing data to produce reports
- Understanding of inclusion, a passion for equality and appreciation of diversity
- The role of Research and Engagement Officer also comes with budget responsibility
- Highly motivated and able to work calmly under pressure
