**Receptionist to cover summer period - May to October**

An opportunity has opened to join the Welcome Centre team at Celtic Haven Resort, to cover our busy period, with a possibility a permanent roll going forward.

Part of the Bourne Leisure group of companies, Celtic Haven is home to 30 holiday cottages in Lydstep near Tenby and has a host of onsite facilities including an Elemis Premier Spa, restaurant, pitch and putt, gym and swimming pool.

We pride ourselves on delivering an enjoyable experience for our guests and as a member of the Welcome team, you will play an intrinsic role in ensuring their stay at our resort is as positive as possible.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking holiday bookings
- Handling calls from customers regarding our various facilities
- Providing excellent customer service to onsite guests
- Working with staff across our various departments to maintain high standards

Previous admin experience is beneficial for applicants but full training is provided and you will be assessed on your individual merits - the right person is a must

Benefits: Use of onsite gym and swimming pool

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
