As Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator, you will ensure that the service is managed and supported at a coal face level through the demonstrable service delivery of SOC operations.

You will deliver the immediate operational needs and compliance with the private security industry act and associated standards through the SOC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and escalate all incidents in line with procedures, incident management, and strategic Ops
- Work to all processes and functions of the SOC
- As a team member, ensure that the operators deliver to the needs of that function as set by the Ops Performance Lead
- Support sector leadership, key accounts and other services on a day to day basis
- Ensure that all deployed assets are safe and incidents are managed to conclusion or escalation
- Deliver daily reporting including productivity and labour effectiveness

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience of working in a structured and process orientated way
- Ability to communicate efficiently within a team environment
- Happy to work shifts (3 days, 3 nights, 3 days off)
- Report writing skills
- Works well under pressure
- Experience working in a Security Operations Centre (desirable)
