**Job Introduction**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our family run Electrical and Security business within our Bromsgrove Office. You'll be supporting the business owner with all administration, receiving support from current Office Manager. There will be career development as the company continues to grow.
**Role Responsibility**
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Chasing jobsheets and completion photos
- Uploading completion documents/jobsheets/photos
- Forwarding job sheets to clients to close jobs down
- Updating RAMS Objectives
- Updating PO Objectives
- Ordering office supplies, keeping the office organised and tidy to maintain a professional working environment
- Submitting and tracking invoices
- Amending invoicing addresses if queried
- Chasing and logging access details for properties
- Sending out supplier questionnaires
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Assisting with queries
- Ownership of work, following up on outstanding tasks, managing workload within office hours
- Hotel bookings
- Data entry and database management
- Supporting colleagues and the wider administration team whenever necessary

- Excellent communication skills, as job will include written and phone contact with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. you must be an excellent problem solver - work well with others and enjoy multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
- Team player, willing to work with colleagues for the benefit of the department and the contract.
- Previous office / admin experience essential, Excel and other MS Office (or similar) skills required.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is advantageous.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
