**Role**: Administrator Assistant

**Location**: Leeds

First Bus are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Office Administrator. Reporting into the Training and Recruitment Manager, you will use your extensive experience to maintain and design recruitment and training trackers. You will be responsible for recording training for a high volume of employees.

**About the role**
- Create and maintain recruitment and training records.
- Create weekly progress reports.
- General office admin duties.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Monday to Friday working with flexibility.
- Office based (Leeds) with some flexibility to travel to other North and West Yorkshire sites.

**About you**
- 2 years administration work experience in an office environment.
- Experience of utilising a range of IT programmes and maintaining database systems.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook with the knowledge to create new Excel sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to establish professional credibility across the business very quickly through behaviours and actions.
- Strong planning, co-ordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to quickly respond/react to changing priorities.
- The initiative and drive to continuously improve processes and deliver against agreed objectives.
- A strong team player with an excellent attitude, work ethic and professional character.
