We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable **Retail Sales Advisor** to join our team in **York**: a busy and thriving branch with an amazing team of people.

As one of the UK's leading retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, we've proudly served motorcycle riders for 25 years. With 16 stores across the UK and a comprehensive online retail website, we have a team of over 150 people dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to make our customers happy, building relationships to fully identify their needs, and provide recommendations and advice using product knowledge.

You will help the team meet daily sales targets and boost your store's success by promoting seasonal and special items, including our Club Infinity loyalty system.

You will take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy, and checking off incoming and outgoing deliveries.

**What you'll need**:
We are looking for people with a real desire to learn and make our customers happy. You will need to be confident, and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a busy retail environment.

**Having a motorcycle license is not a requirement but would be a massive bonus**

Previous experience within retail and ideally a motorcycle retail environment would be beneficial but **not **essential. Full training on product inventory will be provided on appointment.

A full understanding of the English language is required.

**About the role**:

- Full-Time - 40 hours per week, Permanent.
- Monday - Friday plus weekend availability.
- £11.43 per hour + Commission OTE 26k - 28k
- Address: Piccadilly Residence, Piccadilly, York, YO1 9NX

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Saturday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Sunday (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
- Bank Holidays (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)
