**Tenancy Services Manager - Housing**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Services Manager to be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality housing management service, ensuring customers’ needs are met and our strategic objectives are successfully delivered.

You will supervise in delivering housing management and tenancy enforcement services, and you will therefore have a high level of technical and professional competence in relation to the functions of the team.

You will lead, inspire and mentor the team, providing direction, advice and guidance to support service delivery. You will pro-actively manage and coach the team, ensuring our services are delivered in line with tenancy conditions and where necessary arerisk assessed. Using your drive, technical knowledge and proven ability to lead a team, you will ensure safeguarding risks are fully assessed and manage complex cases of tenancy breach in decisive manner.

We are looking for a Housing Management professional with knowledge of tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding. You will have the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, have a practical approach to problem solving andbe an effective multitasker with the proven ability in analysing statistics and producing reports.

You will have excellent communication skills with a proven history of coaching staff, as well as demonstrable people and performance management skills.
