Works Scheduler/coordinator

**The Vacancy**

**As a result of maternity leave and a career advancing secondment in our team, we have an opportunity for two people to join our fast-paced friendly team of four, to deliver a customer focused service by arranging for our experienced gas technicians tovisit homes to install and repair gas appliances.**

At Paradigm, we pride ourselves on our service offering to our valued customers. You will work collaboratively alongside other Gas Coordinators, reporting to the Compliance Works Team Leader. You will be responsible for taking on a range of compliance gasworks but predominately leading on the gas servicing compliancy. As well as but not limited to, the scheduling of Paradigm’s Gas Technicians, liaising with customers and booking / rearranging jobs.

We want to hear from people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic and a flexible approach. You’ll always be busy dealing with our customers, technicians and colleagues across the organisation playingyour part to ensure that our customers are safe in their homes and that we achieve and exceed our safety and compliance standards.

You will need to engage with other departments within Paradigm to deliver a first-class service to our customers and building relationships with staff members from other departments that are directly impacted. Previous experience in service delivery centreoperation or property maintenance environment is required as is scheduling of works or services. A good telephone manner, strong organisational and prioritisation skills are essential in this role.

**Where could this role take you?**
