**The task at hand: **We are currently looking for a superstar Enterprise MAC Coordinator professional to join our fabulous Customer Service team You will be able to provide effective and efficient administration, real time customer supportand order processing, enabling an exceptional level of customer service to Onecom customers. In addition, your responsibilities will include;
- Processing Chargeable Changes for Enterprise accounts
- Where applicable ensuring an order is dispatched and recieved.
- Following any bespoke order processes and working a case list chronologically
- Adhoc support to Enterprise Accounts for urgent and/larger scale tasks
- Keeping team documents and training info up to date in the agreed locations

**You'll be great in this role if**: You have great attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills which is customer focused at all times. Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm instressful situations with the ability to analyse situations to get the best result for the customer. Knowledge of Salesforce and Telecoms is preferable but full training will be provided.
