**Trainee Credit Controller Role**
Working as part of our finance team, this full-time role is based in our Coventry Head Office on Middlemarch Business Park. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the wider Credit Control team, undertaking routine and ad-hoc administrativework initially, whilst gradually being introduced to the main facets of the credit control to steadily build experience. We operate 37.5 hours working week (can be either 9am-5pm or 9:30am-5:30pm) with half an hour lunch break. There is also the potentialfor us to support the successful applicant through training towards AAT qualifications after successful completion of their probationary period.
**Trainee Credit Controller Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Assistant Credit Control Manager, the role will develop over time to incorporate the following
Providing administrative support & assistance as required
Dealing with customer queries
Sales ledger reconciliation
Credit checks
Negotiating with customers within a targeted environment
Assessing new customers for credit account
Credit appraisal on existing accounts
