To do this we need world-class teams and we’re investing here too - from an impressive benefits package and discounts scheme to flexible working and training support, we’re a values-led business that cares deeply for our people.As an **IT Business Analyst **in the Welcome Break IT Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced but rewarding environment, where creativity and ‘out the box’ thinking is encouraged, collaboration and communication promoted, and personal development and growth driven. **What you’ll do**: - Conduct requirement gathering and requirement analysis for projects across the organisation; documenting and communicating results - Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and documenting and maintaining ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes/procedures - Work with suppliers and technical resources to finalise requirements, resolve issues and provide input to and review statements of work and technical estimates - Support Project Managers in the delivery of advisory services, strategic planning activities and business case development within the wider business - Support Project Managers in timely delivery of projects including planning, change management, testing, Cut Over and Go Live with the upkeep to RAID logs throughout - Fulfil a functional role where needed, using requirements analysis to assist in building quality solutions that meet requirements, advising on solution functionality, strategy, design, implementation approaches and alternatives / trade-offs - Ensure the final solution meets the business needs and requirements within the constraints of the project (time, budget, quality), providing a clear feedback loop to achieve - Performing & facilitating Unit and User Acceptance Testing, working with users and technical resources, and documenting and analysing results - Assist in the planning and execution of project Cut Over and Go Live activities - Support Project Managers in project Post-Implementation Reviews - Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies - Actively participate in the development of innovation, new services & business opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth **What you’ll get**: Competitive Salary and benefits including - **Company Car / Opt-out option**
