**Responsibilities**:

- Expand the team: including hiring, coaching and mentoring individual contributors, developing and retaining top talent
- Be responsible and accountable for product deliveries to meet market requirements defined jointly with the product engineering team.
- Work with other engineers in the organization to define software/architectural solutions

**Job Qualifications**:

- B.Sc, M.Sc or higher in computer science, engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience
- Complete product lifecycle experience in software
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, good communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
- Experience in leading/managing a software development team
- Interest in building a team of motivated individuals, caring for their development and wellness and leading them to success
- Ability/Interest to work/collaborating in a cross-disciplinary environment to learn and solve interesting challenges

**Nice to have**:

- Exposure to the cloud (AWS or Azure) and container technologies.
- Knowledge in working with GUI frameworks, such as Qt, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with distributed job schedulers such as LSF, PBS
- Interest in analogue design and integrated circuits.

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:

- Have the ability to communicate and present effectively
- Be able to work and integrate well in a team environment
- Have a pro-active attitude to problem solving and optimization
