- Produce visuals and interactive design elements, including animations, Lottie files, motion graphics and micro-interactions.
- Generate storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to the design system with icons, components, images and reusable UI elements that maintain consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, brand/comms teams and third-party agencies to ensure alignment, consistency and best-in-class user experiences.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to refine and elevate design quality.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, accessibility guidelines and emerging technologies to keep visual assets and webpages innovative, engaging and user-centric.
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a Visual Design or related creative role.
- Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders, with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Experience with web design building tools (e.g. Webflow or similar) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proficient in design and motion software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (or similar tools).
- Expertise in optimising imagery and digital assets for speed, responsiveness, and high-quality display across devices.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging motion graphics, interactive design elements, and data visualisations for web and social campaigns.
- Bring high quality and great attention to detail across everything that you do.
- Capability to address design challenges with creative solutions.
