We have raised millions from top-tier investors, including Eurazeo, the HubSpot Fund, and Stride, to help finance teams run their collections at the speed of AI.Who We Need:We are looking for a Visual Designer who can help shape how Kolleno looks and feels across its website, LinkedIn profile, marketing material, presentations, and more. You must be highly proficient in Figma, InDesign, and Photoshop, as these are essential for our design workflows.Your job will be to turn ideas into high-impact designs that attract attention, and explain our product clearly. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate product insights into visuals that position Kolleno as the leading AI-powered financial operations platform.This role blends creativity, problem-solving, and strong visual storytelling, helping finance teams understand how Kolleno modernises collections and accelerates cash flow with real-time AI.What You'll Do:Your Day-to-DayConcept, design, and produce high-impact visual assets across web, social, email, video, events, product marketing, and UI mockups, from initial idea to final delivery.Create motion graphics, short-form videos, product visuals, typography-based animations, and content that bring Kolleno’s brand and product stories to life.Translate complex product ideas, AI features, and financial workflows into clear, engaging visual narratives that resonate with CFOs, finance teams, and enterprise audiences.Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver visually compelling campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.Develop and maintain Kolleno’s visual identity across both motion and static formats, ensuring consistency and elevating our brand as an AI-native Fintech.Use AI design tools to speed up production, explore creative variations, and scale asset creation efficiently across channels.Support post-production needs, including editing, transitions, sound design direction, and final rendering for video assets.Collaborate on website and landing page design to ensure visuals support strong UX, clear messaging, and high-performance outcomes.Work with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when needed to ensure world-class execution across all visual touchpoints.Review performance data with the marketing team to understand which visuals resonate, refine creative decisions, and continually improve design impact.Who You Are:Experience Required1– 3 years of experience (flexible) as a visual designer using Figma, InDesign and Photoshop, in a high-growth SaaS company or leading tech‑driven environment, with a strong portfolio.Expert in creating high-impact visual assets across web, social, product marketing, presentations, events, and brand campaigns — with a clear understanding of how design drives engagement and demand.Comfortable using AI and automation tools to accelerate production, iterate quickly, and scale design output in a fast-moving environment.A strong visual storyteller who can turn complex product and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with CFOs, finance teams, and enterprise audiences.Data‑aware designer who can interpret performance insights and adjust visual approaches to improve engagement, clarity, and conversions.Hands‑on creator with a proactive mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and deliver high-quality work beyond your immediate brief when needed.Collaborative partner who works seamlessly with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to bring campaigns, messaging, and brand experiences to life.Detail‑driven and brand‑focused, ensuring every asset aligns with our visual identity and continuously elevates the quality of Kolleno’s design and storytelling.Who We Are:Kolleno moves fast.
