We are looking for an Operative, who is hardworking with a team focused approach to join our LPG Operations team.

You will support the daily operation of the business safely and efficiently, including the storage, processing and transfer for LPG and industrial/other gases. To ensure we deliver all our customers a safe, quality, on-time, and efficient operational standard of service.

Heres a little of what youll do
- Handling and/or filling of Propane, Butane, CO2, Mixed Gas, Industrial Gas cylinders
- Loading/Unloading LPG and CO2 into site bulk storage vessels
- Assisting with site operations Importing, handling, and exporting gas products to meet the needs of all customers
- Record and communicate LPG movement reports (import/export) and associated delivery paperwork required for efficient Operations
- Movement of HGV vehicles (including articulated) to support the movement of road tankers, trailers and articulated semi-trailers
- Forklift Operation to support the loading and unloading of small packages (various cylinders, goods inwards to site and general duties)
- Visual surveillance of fittings, plant and equipment to ensure it is operating safely and correctly. Reporting any faults as soon as seen.
- Participating on the emergency call out duty rota on a week by week basis

What you'll need to be a success

For us, its as much about attitude, passion, and personality. So, well also look for you to possess some key behaviours such as team working, can do attitude, flexibility, reliability problem-solving skills, and passion to succeed
- Enjoy outdoor physical tasks and be willing to learn new skills
- You must be a capable driver with a CAT B license as a minimum
- You must be willing to undergo training to drive MGVs, HGVs / articulated lorries and to operate vehicle ancillary equipment such as such as fork-lifts
- You need to be capable completing of relevant and required documentation in both paper form and electronically
