Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **Client Relations Executive** for our client based in the **Bromsgrove **area.

**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday, Day Shifts, 8am - 5pm.

**Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.

**Experience we're looking for...**
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience within an office administration position**:

- **Strong telephone manner and customer service skills, with a proven background in call handling.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of experience within client relationship building/account management.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel and outlook.**

**Your daily job duties will include...**
- Ensuring that all spreadsheets are up to date with correct information relating to cases
- Management of telephone calls from your department and overflow calls from other departments. Desk phones should be available to take calls at all times.
- Responsible for attending to updates, unless they need to be directed to the allocated Negotiator due to complex technical issues.
- Handling any complaints made by clients as per company complaints procedure. Any communication given should be recorded in the client CRM
- Dealing with office administration, ensuring that all documents are saved in the correct client file, renamed as necessary to avoid any confusion.
- Sending out client update letters at allocated points during the appeal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Bromsgrove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office/Excel: 2 years (required)
- Account management: 1 year (required)
- Client management: 1 year (required)
