The Finance Administrator is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of the organisation.
This role requires a meticulous and analytical individual with strong numerical and organisational skills.
requirements
**Essential**:
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Desirable**:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Nav).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process invoices and expenses accurately and in a timeous manner
- Deal with queries (internal and external) and escalations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain documentation for auditing purposes.
