**1st Line Support Engineer - O365 - Kent**

**1st Line Support Engineer** required for a leading construction company based in Maidstone, Kent, to be responsible for supporting the companies' users at a 1st line level.

**The salary for this position is between £25,000 and £28,000 per annum plus benefits.**

**Please note this role is based on site 5 days per week in the Maidstone office.**

**Key Skills**
- Experience in a first-line IT support role in a Microsoft-centric IT environment, working directly for end users at multiple sites, in all departments of a commercial company.
- First hand experience and compliance with industry-standard governance and best practices within an IT operation, e.g. an ITIL support desk ticketing system, internal SLAs, escalation to external specialists, etc.
- CompTIA A+ and ITIL practitioner certifications would be advantageous but not necessary.
