**About the Job**
We are looking for a Property Programme Manager to join the Butlin's Team.
The Programme Manager will report to the Head of Capital Proposition to assist in the delivery of ongoing Capex approved projects across the Butlin's Group at Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness. These will range from small capex improvement works to multimillion-poundconstruction projects at our famous resorts.
You will lead in the delivery of varied projects by assigning works, managing the back-office support functions, monitoring performance and ensuring safe practices are followed to expected levels of governance.
You will also be accountable for the development of a robust programme management function, working with the Head of Capital Proposition to produce and maintain records of anticipated, forecasted and planned projects, as well as tracking costs and businessbenefits. As well as this, you will communicate project updates to key stakeholders to inform them of project status updates and expenditure.
As an expert in programme and project management, you will support project leads throughout the business with mapping project life cycles, risks and dependencies, enabling them to keep all information on projects up to date. You will also effectively managethird party relationships throughout the supply chain to ensure project deliverables are met - this will include contractors, designers and equipment providers. Health and safety, building planning and control will also fall into your remit, so you shouldbe an expert in relevant law and regulations in this area.
Our guests are at the heart of everything we do at Butlin's, and as such, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to ensure there is mínimal disruption to guests and the wider business.
**About You**
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager, specifically with exposure in retail, hospitality or other relevant sectors. You should also have experience working in a multi-site environment.
This role will involve establishing a robust programme management process, so experience of this in a previous role would be extremely advantageous. We are also looking for a strong understanding of programme management tools and project governance, along withexperience of mapping expenditure against project objectives linking to customer, operational and financial targets.
You should be able to think strategically, being able to balance a long-term view with the immediate operational requirements of the business. You will need to maintain a bird’s eye view across all projects, ensuring that co-dependencies are identified andrisks to the business are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
As a confident communicator, you will be able to engage stakeholders at all levels across the business and build effective relationships with suppliers across the supply chain.
