Property Manager Location: Homebased with a Hertfordshire/East London/Essex based portfolio. Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday. Salary: Competitive. Job Description Carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure company responsibilities are met. Proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis. Effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly, and attending meetings with customers and clients as required. Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development. Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio. Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective. Ensure all Health & Safety and industry legislation is adhered to. Qualifications & Skills At least 3 years’ experience in the residential property management sector. ATPI qualified (desirable). Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations. Proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels. Proven track record of budgeting and account management. Full UK driving licence. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages. Previous experience of contract management. Client focussed, organised, self‑motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines. Attention to detail, whilst keeping perspective and making informed decisions.
