**Exciting Opportunity: Senior Marketing Executive**

**Supply Desk,** one of the UK's leading education recruitment specialists, is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our successful Group Marketing department. This role offers the chance to work alongside the talented marketing teams of Justteachers and Equalitas, driving innovative campaigns that contribute to the strategic growth of our brands. With the opportunity to shape the future of a new international brand, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach while supporting UK marketing initiatives.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead **website management** and development, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal SEO strategies.
- Craft engaging **social media campaigns** to attract top talent and clients, monitoring the success of both paid and organic strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of our external **CPD programme**, creating engaging video content and e-learning materials.
- Design and coordinate **marketing materials** including brochures, leaflets, and video case studies, in collaboration with external suppliers and designers.
- Manage **event planning** for key webinars, CPD sessions, and national events, from ideation to post-event follow-ups.
- Work with the team to suggest, develop, and implement new **marketing ideas** for continued growth and innovation.
- To continually suggest new ideas and improvements in sales planning meetings and **work collaboratively** with the Operations Director, Commercial Director, Branch Managers and sales teams to **create, deliver, execute, and communicate projects - including monitoring team activity and tracking successes.**:
**Who We're Looking For**: You’ll bring a wealth of marketing experience from a multi-disciplinary background, ideally within education, recruitment, or a fast-paced environment. You'll have hands-on experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO/PPC campaigns, and will be confident working autonomously. - This role offers occasional nationwide travel, so a willingness to travel is essential._

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
