Giovanni's Restaurant has been a symbol of fine dining for decades, known for its exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and warm, inviting atmosphere. As we embark on an exciting new chapter following our recent renovation, we are looking for waiters and waitresses who can bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all guest requests and preferences are noted and delivered promptly.
- **Food & Beverage Knowledge**: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu, including dishes, wines, and specials, to provide informed recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
- **Ambiance Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s appearance, including setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- **Guest Relations**: Build rapport with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.

- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
