**About you**

Whilst experience as a Server/Waitress/Waiter is preferred, it is not essential.

**The role - Server**/Waitress/Waiter**

As a Server/Waitress/Waiter you will be responsible for managing the most part of our guests' experience with us. Whilst of course our grill, bar and kitchen departments are integral to the delivery of the experience, it’s you that will help to pull it all together and have the most contact with guests.

Duties include:

- Explaining our rodizio concept and nature of service to guests proficiently, providing friendly yet professional and attentive service
- Managing orders and requests offering informed advice and guidance on our menus and products
- Communicating with other departments to ensure all guests' needs are met
- Delivering exceptional levels of service, ensuring that all guests have a unique dining experience and leave feeling valued
- Ensuring the restaurant and dining space is always maintained and presented to the highest standard
