Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Electricity Services Category? As **Procurement and Contract Support**, you’ll be at the heart of our Contract Management team—driving value, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring our contractual arrangements deliver real impact.

Working closely with our Contract Specialists, you’ll help craft and maintain robust, performance-driven contracts that not only protect against value loss but actively enable the business to meet its strategic goals. This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain and update team performance hubs and KPIs (e.g. savings, supplier feedback, contract expiry, Coupa reports) within agreed timelines
- Own and manage the NCT feedback app, ensuring timely distribution, database upkeep, and resolution tracking
- Prepare monthly operations presentation packs and coordinate updates
- Support annual activities such as Winter Preparedness and Background Assurance Checks
- Manage end-to-end Coupa requisitions and generate ad hoc reports as needed
- Assist Contract Specialists with finance queries and reporting
- Create and collate Supplier Management Packs for quarterly meetings; attend and capture actions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general support for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

**What You’ll Have**:

- Proven experience in data reporting and processing, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter who’s proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- A true team player who collaborates effectively across departments and with external partners.

**What You'll Get**:
A competitive salary of £36,343.

As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
