We’re looking for Food Production Operatives to work nights for our client at their Northampton manufacturing facility. You would be joining a leading manufacturer of convenience foods and will play a role in supplying a wide range of chilled, frozen and ambient foods to some of the most successful retail and food service companies in the UK.

**Please note**: This is a permanent full-time contract role working nightshifts, 40 hours per week Friday to Tuesday 10pm to 06:30am or Thursday to Monday, 10pm to 6:30am.

Hourly rate is £9.96 plus a temporary hourly bonus of £1.03 per hour, with overtime at time and a quarter. - **The Role**
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in making and packing some of the nation’s much-loved products. You’ll be working at one of the most impressive facilities in Europe, based across a campus of 5 manufacturing units, joining a team of around 2,000 colleagues making high quality premium products every day. You will follow all the correct processes and procedures to ensure the best products are made and customers are satisfied. Your role involves working with a great, close-knit team, under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment ideal but not essential, full training provided
- Comfortable with handling, preparing and baking of food, long periods of standing, lifting and carrying
- Able to work in a safe manner and follow good H&S practices
- Organised, able to follow and put in place routine tasks efficiently, strong attention to detail
- Flexible, able to work nights and take on occasional overtime hours
