We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Rent Advisor. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This job is officed based working from our Riduna Office in Melton near Woodbridge and would suit applicants who live in the Melton, Woodbridge and or Ipswich areas. Flexible Working will be considered.

As a Rent Advisor, you will contact tenants who have missed rent payments or are at risk of falling into rent debt. You will support tenants by completing income & expenditure forms and gaining insight into their individual circumstances, enabling you to put realistic action plans into place.

You will maintain contact with tenants until their rent account is in advance/no longer at risk, keeping accurate records of all communications and actions. During this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, supporting tenants to overcome rent debt. This role is pivotal in reducing our business’s rent debt, decreasing the number of tenants in debt, and increasing the number of tenants paying in advance.

The role of a rent advisor is an office-based role at our office in Riduna Park Melton, however you will be required to travel to our other offices in Norfolk and Suffolk from time to time, so ideally you should have a licence and access to your own vehicle.
