We are looking for a dedicated Admin/Receptionist to be the friendly face and efficient backbone of our school’s front office.
You will provide vital clerical, administrative, and financial support under the guidance of senior staff, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, your professionalism and warmth will reflect our school’s values.

**What will you do?**
- Comply with and assist in the development of policies and procedures relating to child protection, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
- Organise in-house hospitality for training courses, interview days and events
- Manage manual and computerised record/information systems.
- Monitor and manage resources within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required.
