**Job Purpose**

**About The Team**
We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading. We manufacture an innovative, market leading sub-sea production systems for the Oil and Gas market for off-shore facilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Contributing towards product strategy and vision, taking overall responsibility for the success of your product
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing existing product(s), gathering opportunities for portfolio expansion to meet customer and market needs and driving competitive advantage
- Leading and managing product enhancement and NPI projects and Managing design verification and validation activities with a view to reducing cost.
- Controling department-relevant technical architecture from company product lines, to successfully and effectively complete engineering deliverables.
- Acquiring and supplying products, services and resources as necessary, balancing the allocation of resources to achieve greatest risk mitigation and / or opportunity benefits

**Requirements**:

- Have exceptional experience as a Product Management Leader within a relevant discipline
- Have considerable experience in reducing cost of products
- Possess demonstrable leadership experience matching vision to mission
- Have experience with current typical Management, Financial, Modelling / Analysis Software
