This is a fantastic role for an experienced L&D Manager to join a highly successful and award winning business Reporting to an HR Director, you will be part of a management team and will have full responsibility for training and development across the organisation What does the day to day look like: - Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training for all employees - Support the business with dedicated training for its graduate and apprenticeship programmes - Delivery of induction programme - Management the training budget - Planning a mix of virtual and face to face training - Source and work in partnership with external training providers - Ensure the business meets compliance and regulatory requirements - Producing reports/data on L&D activity - Support the wider HR team with ad hoc projects You will have previous experience in an L&D role and will be operating at manager level or someone who is ready to step up into this level of role. You will have excellent influencing skills and will be a confident communicator. This role will require you tobe highly organised with ability to plan, inspire and motivate others.
