Learning and Development Manager

An exciting contract opportunity with global outreach for L&D professionals.
**Description**:
A leading bank is looking for a skilled L&D professional to assist them in embedding one of their largest HR change initiatives on a global scale.
This person will be tasked with the end-to-end design and implementation of learning strategies which will enable the global workforce to understand the new technologies, amend their behaviours, take on new responsibilities, and generally feel prepared forthe new way of working.
It is a contract role, lasting a minimum of 6 months but with prospects to be extended to 18 months. It is not uncommon for this client to extend contracts for up to several years, so it's a great opportunity for those more comfortable with permanent rolesas well.
Hybrid structure - Tuesday and Wednesday in the Glasgow office.
Has worked in L&D for around 6 years within a company with global reach. Exposure to financial services is preferred, but not essential. Examples of relevant industries include: retail, oil and gas etc.
Proficiency in the use of Workday and/or ServiceNow is required.
