**About KOKORO**
KOKORO is a Korean-Japanese handmade sushi and hot food takeaway restaurant. Since opening its first branch in Kingston in 2010, the company has expanded to over 75 locations across the UK.
We are currently growing our team and are looking to recruit an **Operations Assistant** to oversee the efficient and timely operations of KOKORO branch stores.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage and maintain operational data, including reports, budgets, and project timelines.
- Handle administrative tasks to support operational activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and branch managers to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to uphold high operational standards at branches.
- Build strong relationships with brand partners and branch managers, gaining insight into market dynamics.
- Ensure branch managers understand and meet brand standards.
- Keep operational manuals and best practices up to date, incorporating industry trends and research.
- Organise, attend, and participate in operations meetings with branch managers, documenting notes and following up on action items.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless launch of new branches and consistent operational excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and propose practical solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
