- Ensuring payment procedures are in place to ensure timely payment
- Responding to client queries
- Sending out customer statements

- Reducing debtors days outstanding
- Performing credit checks and ensuring accounts are on stop when necessary
- Starting legal proceedings if clients do not pay their debts on time

- Ensuring chargebacks are appropriately reviewed and dealt with
- Maintaining accurate records
