The role does not supervise staff but involves full responsibility for the accounts payable, credit control and receivables for the business, paying up to £42,000

**Description**
- To ensure the AP and AR ledgers are run efficiently and effectively across multiple currencies ensuring debtor days remain low
- processing circa 600 purchase invoices per month, credit notes and payments
- chasing outstanding debtors (statements, letters & phone calls - dealing with customer queries)
- Multi currency payment runs
- supplier statement reconciliations
- Process monthly supplier payments
- ensuring all cash is accurately posted to the supplier accounts.
- Processing and payment of employee expenses
- Posting of cash receipts (across multiple accounts/currencies)
- customer reconciliations
- processing manual credit card payments
- Credit checking new accounts and setting of credit limits
- Produce debtor, cash management and credit risk reports for the monthly Head of Department meetings and weekly KPI reports.
- Take ownership of the commercial credit insurance policy to ensure it operates smoothly for the business and customers.

Recent relevant experience owning the payables and receivables sections of an international business
