One of the UK’s leading professional services firms is seeking a PR & Media Relations Manager with experience in B2B public relations, in-house or agency side. You’ll be working with FTSE 100 companies across all sectors including technology, sustainability,finance and people. Reporting to Head of PR, the PR & Media Relations Manager will source media opportunities, pitch to trade and national journalists and develop a strong client relationships.

The PR & Media Relations Manager will:

- Plan and execute effective PR & media relations strategies and campaigns that reach a broad range of stakeholders
- Build credible relationships with journalists across a range of publications
- Maximise the PR and external affairs opportunities by using a wide range of PR and external communications tactics
- Contribute to an inclusive and high-performing PR and Media Relations functions.
- Create press releases, feature comments, online material and other similar content

Required skills and experience:

- Proven experience of creating and executing external communications strategies that support business objectives.
- Worked with leadership and a broad range of stakeholders
- Previously worked in a large matrix organisation
- A thorough understanding of PR and media relations strategies, including experience of using social media as part of integrated communications campaigns.
- Good team player, forging and maintaining relationships with colleagues across the business
