Are you passionate for adult social care services? Does a part-time role fit better with your schedule? A large charity in Chippenham is looking to recruit as agency worker for a period of 3 months with possibility of extension, due to one of the staff membersbeing in a long-term sick situation. The available post is a Senior support worker - Part-time that will work with adults with learning disabilities.

You will be part of a day-time service making a substantial difference intothe lives of adults that have learning and disabilities needs, some also have physical needs. The charity is an Oustanding organisation and is well-known within adult and children social care services across the UK.
About the role:
**Requirements**:
- Level 3 qualifications or above within social work, health, education
- Commitment to acquiring management skills through a supported plan and/or evidence of prior experience of managing other people
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in the community

Senior support worker - Part-time is an agency role thus it will start as 3 months and will be extended according to the needs of the service. Currently the person that you will be covering is on long-term sick leave for an unknown period. You will haveother possibilities available at the end of the contract either within the charity or outside working with our agency. Location of the role is Chippenham, please be withing reasonable travelling distance and be prepared to undertake a DBS enhanced check.
