Moose Toys is seeking a temporary **Consumer Services Administrator t**o join our Team in Cornwall for the Christmas period.

**The Role**
**Workdays**: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 +Hybrid +Flexi Please note work over the Christmas period is required.
- Proactively manage and respond to our consumer enquiries in a timely manner thus building brand trust and loyalty.
- Respond to all enquiries with clarity, accuracy, respect and empathy and in line with agreed standards.
- Assess and escalate any potential safety concerns as appropriate.
- Ensure Freshdesk ticket data is accurately updated.
- Coordinate with line manager and global PMs to gain brand and product knowledge.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with the packing and despatch of replacement parts as and when required.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passionate, creative, organised, team player
- An understanding of consumer goods would be highly desirable

- Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid -We offer work from home 2days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs.
- We run a non-contractual flexi hours scheme whereby our core working hours are 10:00 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The additional hours are made up flexibly across the week.
