**Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant SEN Primary School catering for students aged 5-11 with autism and learning difficulties Location: Mile End Hours: 8.30am to 3.45pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Salary: £80 - £100 per day, depending on experience Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Benefits**:

**Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Duties**:

- Maintain the classroom and equipment in a safe and tidy condition.
- Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
- Communicate their knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff
- Demonstrate positive attitudes, values and behaviours consistent with the role and in line with the expectations
- Promote, support and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation of all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
- Provide teaching and learning support including the use of appropriate technical resources
- Supporting and teaching students with SEN and additional needs
- Work with other SEN Teaching Assistants in groups with students

Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
