We are currently looking to recruit a proactive individual as a Crewing Administrator within our busy Crewing Department. The role is important in supporting and providing a proactive and comprehensive administrative service to effectively support the requirements of the Crewing Department.

Your main responsibilities will be the preparation and maintenance of multiple databases for offshore personnel records and client required documentation for different vessels alongside scheduling, arrangement and travel for offshore individuals for their visa and vaccination, safety qualifications and ongoing training courses. You will be responsible for assisting with the management of information into the department to ensure matters are dealt with in an efficient manner. You will be required to handle crew queries and provide operational support to the Crewing Manager and within the department as and when required.

A professional and helpful telephone and remote working manner is essential, as is the ability to liaise effectively with other departments throughout Gardline. Ideally we are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person, keen to learn and contribute, matched with the workplace skills and experience mentioned above.
