**Head of Clinical Services
Cosmetic Surgery Clinic - Harley Street London
£70,000 - £85,000 + Company Benefits
**King Healthcare are currently assisting a Private Cosmetic Surgery Clinic on Harley Street in their search for a Head of Clinical Services. They offer a range of cosmetic surgeries, skin treatments, body sculpting and hair transplants and have a smallcollection of clinics and hospitals across the UK.
**The Role
**In this post, you will be leading the Clinical Services within the company plus you will be working commercially building the business.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Medical Officerand other members of their Quality Group in leading, directing and motivating the clinical teams. The Head Clinical Services London, will ensure the London premises, including other smaller sites, remain compliantwith CQC requirements and all regulated activities.
The Head of Clinical Services will also assist and advise the Clinical Lead with the following operational tasks:

- Ensuring effective stock planning procedure including an efficient reordering process ensuring the London operation is never without the necessary stock.
- Overseeing and improve surgical turnover; including start and finish times and turnaround time whilst maintaining safety as key priority.
- Maximising all theatre utilisation and capacity availability, setting targets to improve

Further Responsibilities:

- You will take responsibility for effectively implementing clinical policies and procedures to enable the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of patient care and employee engagement.
- Supervise the site management teams to ensure the integrity of all clinical functions across London.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical services in London, in line with overall strategic and business goals, acting as a role model for organisational culture and values in order to achieve the goals and direction for the medical teams.
- Continue to develop and deliver a high quality, evidence based, in-patient service in a changing health care environment ensuring that it supports and reflects, regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, service user needs, medical objectivesand professional guidance.
- Be the Registered Manager for the London sites, and ensure compliance with the National Minimum Standards and Regulations and all Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other regulatory requirements.
- Attend regular Clinical meetings and sit on the MAC as a committee member.
- Attend, and where necessary report to, appropriate meetings as directed by the CMO or CEO.
- Implement Policies and Procedures as required and provide support and advice to colleagues to embed new working practices.

**You will need to be an experience Registered Nurse with at least Band 7 exposure being a minimum requirement.
You’ll need considerable management experience of nursing staff ideally coming from a similar role within a Private Healthcare environment.
You will need to be able to challenge current senior members of the team if required and strong leadership qualities.
**Salary and Benefits
**The salary on offer for this position is between £70,000 - £85,000 dependent on experience. In addition are several benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, private pension scheme and on going career development.
