**About the Operations Team Leader job**:
You will play a key role within a small and talented operations team.

The role will entail management responsibilities, whilst fulfilling a wide range of tasks that all go into the dispatching of products; including repacking and handling of both fresh and larder ingredients, quality control management, and assembly and dispatch.

You will develop valuable skills and knowledge in general operational processes and efficiency, whilst also growing as an individual once taking on the responsibility that comes with working in the ops team.

**Skills & experience required for the Operations Team Leader job**:

- Experience working in a food or beverage production/operations/manufacturing environment.
- A background of working with fresh, chilled food is an advantage.
- Team leading or supervising experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge/qualifications in Food Hygiene and Food Safety is highly desirable.
- Desire and ambition to learn, develop and progress in your role as the company expands.

The Operations Team Leader job is based in South West London and is paying £25,000 - £30,000 according to your experience.

The location is easily accessible via public transport - just a 5 minute walk from the nearest mainline train station.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, 40 hours per week.
