Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for a conscientious, caring person to join our award winning Customer Care Team and provide support to our members.
Delivering excellent customer service is our top priority and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
In addition to your main customer care responsibilities, you may also have ad hoc projects to deliver. These could include customer research, assisting with projects to develop new features, and helping to test new functionality we are developing for the service.

The Nutracheck service is delivered via an app and website so it is essential you are confident using technology and familiar with iOS and/or Android phones and downloading apps.
You will need a logical approach to problem solving and be able to perform technical checks using your own initiative, working closely with the technical team.
On a personal level, you will be a good listener and have the ability to empathise and deal sensitively with members’ weight and health issues. It would be beneficial if you understood the challenges of weight management - either from working in the health and wellbeing sector or from personal experience.
You will be joining a successful team who recently won an award for best B2C customer service, finishing in the top six out of 12,000 businesses in 140 countries. Full training will be given and help is always on hand when required.
**Desirable**

**Additional Information**
The role is full-time - Monday to Friday. Plus you will be required to be on the team rota to provide weekend cover, which is usually 1 day over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), 2 days a month.
Saturday and Sunday working is home-based. Weekday working is from our office in West Bridgford.
