**E-Commerce Assistant**

We are looking for a dynamic, driven individual to join our Web Team and assist with the day to day running of our Shopify online store, standalone app and monthly development schedules. This individual will have a keen interest in Ecommerce. This role would suit someone at the entry point of their career looking to develop their career in Ecommerce.

**Description**
The responsibilities of the E-Commerce Assistant will include:

- Working with relevant teams to Merchandise key collections
- Maintain 3rd party apps
- Raise and monitor support tickets
- Ensure all product data is accurate and consistent
- Maintain, improve and report on onsite search
- Assist in new development, including testing and responding to developers
- Maintain and report on onsite recommendations
- Maintain our shopping app
- Liaising with the other Buying Teams regarding new product presentation on the website
- Maintain external relationships with Web agency, Shopify and more

**What you'll need**:

- Hard working attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of Shopify
- CSS Experience would be beneficial
- Good analytical ability
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Problem solving and solution focussed
- Own transport due to our rural location

(40 hours a week)
**This position is based at our Head Office, near Bristol.**

**Salary**: Competitive & dependent on experience
