**About Our Client**:
Page is proud to be working with an award winning IFA portfolio management company. We are supporting them in their recruitment process to find more employees committed to the goal of offering impartial and unbiased advice to all of their clients across the entirety of the financial services market.

This business has a number of well established and experienced teams across two different office sites. This role will be based in their Oswestry location.

The client services administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Ensuring that processes, procedures and client communications are performed with excellent quality,
- Supporting on-boarding and introductions for new clients,
- Managing client communications for new and existing clients,
- Dealing with client queries and seeking resolutions,
- Ensuring high levels of client service standard are met,
- Providing administrative support to the wider team,
- Various office maintenance as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Computer savvy and able to use Microsoft Office software,
- Driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team,
- Strong academic record,
- Previous administrative work, preferably in an IFA or Financial Services environment.
