**Financial Adviser to manage circa £500k of recurring fee income**

Our client is one of the leading independent Chartered Wealth Management firms in London. Having worked closely with them for nearly 7 years, we have seen the consistently grow organically year on year. The board have no intention of selling the businessto an asset building third party and will conduct an MBO when it is their time to retire. So, in these uncertain times, unusually, they can offer a secure future for someone that is looking to stay independent and be client centric, rather than focusing onbuilding up AUM for third party owners to benefit from. The role will be working alongside their highest billing Financial Adviser, who is looking to retire within the next couple of years.

They are looking for a Chartered Financial Adviser, that shares the values and views on how financial advise should be provided, in a non-jargon, client focused and non-sales manner. From day one, you will attend all client meetings with the outgoing FinancialAdviser, so you can build up meaningful relationships with their loyal client bank, many of which have become friends, so they are very keen that this is a seamless hand over.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone that enjoys the client facing aspects of Financial Advice, without the pressures of high-volume sales. The role is full supported in terms of dedicated Financial Administration and Paraplanning support, alongwith a Compliance function that look to support their Advisers to provide the best solutions for clients, rather than become a block to the advice process.

You will be provided with excellent mentoring from this high billing Adviser, who will help cover any skills gaps, to get you up to speed within a time frame that you are both comfortable with. The main focus on advice is around pensions, investments, IHTand trust planning, working with a broad range of HNW clients. Salary and bonus will increase as you take on more responsibilities and the role also offers a high degree of flexibility to work part office part home based.
