Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Trainee Premier Claims Handler to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Becket House, Worthing.

**In this Premier Claims Handler role, day to day you can expect to**:

- Initiate claims process
- Obtaining documents for legal action
- Communicating with branches, landlords, solicitors and occasionally tenants
- Keeping the system updated
- Dealing with telephone enquires
- Attending department meetings as appropriate.

**To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills**:

- Attention to detail is key within this role, alongside a strong telephone manner and good communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
- Strong customer service / administration skills
- Have good written and spoken communication skills
- GCSE English and Maths grades minimum grade C or 4

**Working Hours**

9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
