**Fulbridge Social Care** are looking passionate individuals to join our permanent team of dedicated support workers in our clients Children’s Residential Home. This is to work alongside, and support children and young people aged between 8-17yrs with an array of complex needs and behaviours.

This role can be extremely rewarding, being able to contribute to the positive progress and accomplishments within their lives.

Daily activities may include:

- **Supporting young people with social and physical activities**:

- **Booking and accompanying young people to appointments**:

- **Preparing nutritious meals**:

- **Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning shopping etc.)**:

- **Monitoring individuals to ensure they are safe and well and complying with OFSTED regulations**

For applicants to be considered for this vacancy, you must have either professional or personal experience supporting vulnerable young people or adults with complex needs such as mental health, challenging behaviours, emotional behaviours, trauma and/or learning disabilities.

**All applicants must be aged 21yrs+ and hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,970.00-£23,833.00 per year
