- **Graduate Speech and Language Assistant**:

- **Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP until the end of the academic year**:

- **Earn up to £370 per WEEK as a Graduate Speech and Language Assistant**:

- **A Speech and Language, Linguistics, Psychology or related degree is desirable**:

- **School located centrally with good public transport links nearby**:

- **Experienced SENCO as a mentor, providing excellent support throughout the year**:

- **Work with challenging children on a 1:1 basis, supporting them with their education**:

- **Ongoing training and support available**:

- **Interviewing immediately**

The school are ideally looking for a Speech and Language graduate or a graduate with an exceptional understanding of the mechanics of language and linguistics. This Teaching Assistant post presents a perfect opportunity for the selected applicant to honetheir skills in working with pupils in language building and add to their professional Speech and Language portfolio.

As a Speech and Language Assistant at this school, your role will involve working in a 1:1 role with students who require additional support, recording their week-by-week development to assess improvements made with their speech and language. This is a schoolthat accommodates for a variety of socio-economic backgrounds and you will most likely work with several students at different times who are of mixed ability and have differing reasons for difficulty with Speech and Language. You may also work with small groupsand report back to the class teacher and SENCO in order to monitor progression.
