**Feel like being part of** The Dealer Services Admin team is an integral part of MotoNovo Finance as they act as an engine room to the business supporting a variety of essential operational processes. The team handle a plethora of processes including Onboarding Dealer/Broker partners,maintaining existing accounts, supporting Commission processes whilst ensuring all partners have the correct regulatory and legal authentication and contracts. The role of **Dealer Services Technical Administrator** is really important to us. You will be responsible for the day to day running of Dealer Operations whilst adhering to company procedures and standards at all times. This role will be **based in our Cardiff City Centre office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week**. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contactinvolving both virtual and in office interaction. **What would your day look like?** - Ensure customers, dealers and account managers are provided with a professional and efficient service at all times. Always seeking to build and maintain business relationships in order to enhance the overall customer/dealer experience. - Undertake the setting up and ongoing maintenance of new and existing dealers. Performing the necessary due diligence and investigation to satisfy that the account falls within our risk appetite.
