Our collaboration with over 20 training providers within the Cardiff and Vale Network, empowers us to offer Sustainable Resource Management Apprenticeships spanning levels 2 to 4. Some of these opportunities are even fully funded by the Welsh Assembly Government, further showcasing our commitment to excellence.

**About the Role**

As an Administrator, you will be a pivotal figure in our company, reporting directly to the Director. Your main responsibility will encompass ensuring the smooth execution of general administration duties, maintaining an impeccable standard that reflects our dedication to excellence. In line with our strategic expansion into the security sector, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of related courses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide essential statistical data as and when needed by the Director.
- Uphold the currency and quality of administrative records, including tracking forms, portfolios, and approval files, in line with established standards.
- Maintain meticulous meeting minutes and ensure their timely updates.
- Demonstrate adherence to the data protection act to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

**A Collaborative Approach**:

- Actively engage in team meetings, contributing your valuable insights.
- Step in to cover responsibilities in the absence of team members.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Ideally possess a relevant qualification in administration.
- Exhibit self-motivation, thriving both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Showcase a keen interest in environmental issues or security services, highlighting your alignment with our industry.
- Display adeptness in interpersonal interactions, approaching all individuals, regardless of background, with respect and sensitivity.
- Hold a valid driver's licence, as occasional travel may be required.

**Additional Information**:
This role may encompass any other reasonable duties as specified by the Director, reflecting our dedication to adaptability and growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
