We are currently seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join Team Rockliffe

**The Role**

The main responsibilities of the Reservations Coordinator role will be (but not limited to):

- Maximise hotel revenue and guest’s satisfaction by receiving, handling and processing guest reservations for the resort including bedrooms, dining and spa, in a professional and efficient manner and to a 5-star standard
- Handle all enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate information which meets guests needs
- Handle any issues and queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating genuine care and concern
- Have an awareness of the importance of guest preferences in order to offer a personalised service
